On behalf of all Aotearoa | New Zealand Universities and the Canterbury Organising Committee, we are thrilled to announce that the 2025 HoSA Conference will take place in Ōtautahi | Christchurch, at the Rydges Latimer Square hotel, from Wednesday, 3rd September – Friday 5th September 2025.

Our conference theme is ‘Breaking Barriers’ - fostering innovative strategies and effective practices that minimise obstacles, so all student communities can thrive and succeed. This will give the opportunity for colleagues in Student Administration to discuss challenges, share experiences and showcase initiatives that promote student success.

Join us for a conference that will feature some inspirational speakers, with opportunities to network in interactive sessions.
